Computer classes on wheels by Ekal Sewa Canada

*Hyderabad / Visakhapatnam, Jan 26, 2022 ( DNS Online):* Sewa Canada, headed by Dr. TKN Chari, renown psychiatrist from Canada serving the remote villages in both Telugu States for the past few years. On behalf of the Sewa Canada, his team joined the Ekal Computer lab to create digital awareness among the people in remote villages in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

On the occasion of Republic Day celebrations they distributed the certificate session in Mahaboob Nagar on Wednesday ie Jan 26, 2022. They took up this awareness camp through pre designed buses with complete computer lab equipment. A total of 45 days course designed for the

students of all ages. Every day they go to each village and train the students for 2 hours and then move to next village. After the stipulated course completes, they conduct the exam and present the authorised certificates to qualified, according to Dr. TKN Chari. 

Today was an Amazing day Spent in Nawapet, Kondurg Mandal 190 Km away from Hyderabad, he added. Attended a meeting of 180 village children of middle school age who received certificates of completion of a 45 day computer course. What is astounding about it is they trained in one of 3 Ekal-on -Wheel buses that Ekal Vidyalay foundation takes from

One cluster of Villages to another and offers comprehensive training to whoever cares to learn !!!  To someone who never saw or handled a computer

till 50 + or so, handing over certificates of completion to 180 computer novices ( almost all kids) was so surreal. Now they will go on to advanced courses soon right in this remote village. The boys and girls were amazing. An exception was a middle aged woman who too qualified and now got a job in local bank!!! 

There are 59 such buses cross crossing the country run by Ekal Vidyalay foundation. YES! … the future of our beloved nation never seemed brighter to this ageing veteran !
